Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) governs over 120 research centers covering physics, chemistry, material science and environmental sensing research. Its research team will deploy the SUP-0904T-RL probe station to conduct systematic testing on gas-sensitive materials under variable temperature and vacuum environments, supporting high-precision electrical and optical characterization for next-generation gas sensor development.

  • 4-channel gold-plated tungsten microprobes: 10 μm tiny tips, insulation resistance ≥4000 MΩ, low current noise ≤10 pA, ideal for weak electrical signal capture of gas-sensitive thin films.

  • 3-axis micro-positioning stage: X/Y/Z ±6 mm travel with positioning accuracy ≤5 μm, flexible for micro-device probing.

  • 20MP digital microscope system: 37.5–256× zoom, HDMI+USB dual output, circular adjustable LED light for clear real-time observation of samples under vacuum.

  • Compact integrated design: Small 90×40 mm inner cavity, easy to install inside laboratory glove boxes and gas mixing test platforms.


Shipment & After-Sales Support

The full set including vacuum chamber, temperature controller, probe assembly, positioning stage and digital microscope has passed strict factory calibration, inspection and export packaging before shipment. Our global technical team will provide full remote installation guidance, operation training and long-term after-sales service after the equipment arrives at CSIC's laboratory.
