Product Features:

ITO conductive glass is fabricated by coating a layer of indium tin oxide (commonly known as ITO) film on soda-lime substrate glass or silicon-boron substrate glass using the magnetron sputtering method. As a metal compound with excellent transparent conductive properties, it features a wide forbidden band, high light transmittance in the visible spectrum, and low resistivity, thus being widely applied in semiconductors, flat panel display devices, solar cells, special functional window coatings, and other optoelectronic device fields.


ITO Thickness: 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm. Custom thickness is also available.

ITO Resistance: 1 - 2 ohms, 3 - 4 ohms, 4 - 6 ohms, 5 - 7 ohms, 6 - 8 ohms, 7 - 10 ohms, 10 - 15 ohms, 15 - 20 ohms, 20 - 30 ohms, 30 - 40 ohms, 40 - 60 ohms, 70 - 120 ohms, 350 - 450 ohms. If other resistance values are needed, customization is also possible.
